"Qi- Dance"
Large size (42,5 cm x 59,4 cm)
The Qi Dance collection is a theatre of threads, where motion becomes material and silence becomes stage. Each composition is born from the circulation of qi—breath, energy, and presence—translated into lines of reclaimed fibers that hover, twist, and cascade across paper.
In Souffle d’Alladin, threads surge like a genie’s breath released from confinement, tracing currents of liberation and scale.
And in La Peur du Vide, three vertical bundles tremble against darkness, staging the delicate negotiation between gravity and trust, between the fear of falling and the grace of floating.
Qi-Danse celebrates connection and gratitude, its luminous green lines looping in infinite gestures, a constellation of movement and stillness.
Chute Libre transforms accident into revelation: a cascade of fallen threads preserved as choreography, reminding us that beauty often emerges from surrender.
Together, these works embody the paradox of dance: motion held in suspension, fragility turned into resilience, emptiness embraced as collaborator.
Threads breathe, hesitate, and descend, capturing the invisible rhythms of life—the pulse of qi, the courage of release, the poetry of becoming.
The collection invites viewers to slow down, to witness the choreography of breath and fall, and to contemplate how emptiness is not absence but space for transformation.
